A support group for young moms and moms-to-be ages 21 and under. Rides available; moms must provide their own car seat if bringing a child. Childcare is provided; please bring a packed diaper bag if bringing a child. Dinner or snack provided; please inform the group about any dietary restrictions. HOURS: First Tuesday of each month, 6pm-7pm.

ATS is certified by the NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) and is the only treatment program in the state designed specifically for addiction research. ##REENTRY##

Provides free lunch for any kids and teens ages 18 and under (and young adults with disabilities under 21).

Assists youth and adults to succeed in the workforce by encouraging self-sufficiency, familiarizing them with the world of work, facilitating the creation of job opportunities, and providing services related to these activities. Vocational rehabilitation provides HSED (formerly GED), career readiness workshops, vocational and classroom training, construction technology program, and work experience services for members of the Seneca Nation of Indians and other federally recognized Nations residing 20 miles of all Seneca Nation territories who have a documented disability. Tribal 477 provides HSED (formerly GED), training, career readiness workshops, vocational and classroom training, construction technology program, and work experience services for members of the Seneca Nation of Indians and other federally recognized Nations (and children of an enrolled Seneca father) residing 25 miles of the Cattaraugus, Allegany and Oil Springs territories.

Provides assistance in the following three categories: 1) Referral: Provides information and referral to services. 2) Representation: Acts as a link between disabled persons, the community, and government agencies. 3) ADA Oversight: Deals with ADA compliance and issues, and works with disabled Erie County employees regarding returning to work with reasonable accommodations. Advisory council meets the third Friday of each month except in July and August, at 9:30am in room 625.

Self help group for anyone struggling with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, low self-esteem, stress, fears of any kind, or anger that is getting in the way of social, work, and home life. Other interested persons are welcome to attend as observers. Group meets weekly.

Offers outpatient health care including preventive health maintenance, screenings, immunizations, behavioral health including individual and group psychotherapy for veterans experiencing personal and emotional problems as well as drug and alcohol problems, and more. Offers complete primary medical and dental care for the entire family. Services include pre-health maintenance, rapid HIV test (15 minutes), tuberculosis testing, complete lab services, GYN services, social work services, short-term counseling, full dental care, personalized education about chronic illnesses, and smoking cessation. Family Planning Benefit Program is a direct Medicaid public health insurance program for individuals who need family planning services, with no premiums or co-pays for services. Program is intended to increase access to confidential family planning services and to enable individuals of any age and sex to prevent or reduce the incidence of unintended pregnancies. ##REENTRY##

Issues monthly benefits redeemable at authorized retail food stores. Eligibility and benefit levels are based on household size, income, assets, and other factors. To help with the transition to self-sufficiency, SNAP may be continued for families leaving Temporary Assistance to move into the workplace. The SNAP income eligibility limits enable families earning up to 130% of the poverty level to qualify for the program and there is no time limit for receipt of benefits for families with children. For eligible households, SNAP benefits begin the day the application is filed with the department.
