Apartments are available for Medicaid recipients 55 and older who require assistance with activities of daily living; individuals who are 18 and older with eligibility for services through the NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD); and military veterans with disabilities. Staff is located on site who advocate for residents; connect them to services available in the community; provide independent living skills training, and facilitate social and recreational opportunities.

The program is entirely funded through drunk driving fines received through local town, village, city and county courts.

Provides legal assistance to persons and families threatened with homelessness due to eviction, foreclosure, utility shutoff, code violations, or other causes including mobile home park issues and land contract problems. Assists the household in trying to resolve the housing crisis and provides legal case management services to help the household maintain economic stability. Works to prevent evictions and, with community partners, provides rapid re-housing to our clients.

Offers monthly bus passes and bus tickets for purchase. Monthly passes can be used an unlimited number of times to ride public transportation during the month that it was purchased. Each bus ticket is valid for one boarding.
