We offer IEP-based speech and language services including evaluations, individual and group therapy and consultation with treatment team members and family. Offers a set of home and community based Medicaid State Plan services: Other Licensed Practitioner (OPL), Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) and Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR), aimed at supporting the social, emotional or behavioral health of Suffolk County youth, ages 5 through 21 and their families/caregivers. Other Licensed Practitioner (OPL) provides therapeutic services to youth by a licensed mental health professional. Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) offers client and family support in improving daily living, personal and community relationships. Psychological Rehabilitation (PSR) provides "hands on" assistance and practice of skills acquired through therapeutic or CPST services. Services can be individually accessed or used jointly.
