Games and competition will be used throughout camp as a learning tool with continued positive feedback. This program is available to players of all ability levels. The intended goal is to motivate the skilled player, while teaching the beginner the basics to building a strong foundation in volleyball. All aspects of the game will be covered on both individual and team levels. Daily Program includes: Stretching and warm-up exercises; Volleyball fundamentals: passing, setting, attacking, serving, defense and blocking; Offensive and defensive strategic development; Position breakdown; Competitions; Game play; Continuous evaluation and supervision and Coaches instruction-lectures. Each camper should wear daily: cotton T-shirt, athletic shorts, shin guards, and sneakers or cleats. Campers must also bring a water bottle.
