Also provides private duty assistance for hospitalizations or nursing homes, companion services for doctor's appointments or special events. Case/care management and advocacy services are also available upon request.

American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) is dedicated to saving lives and bringing hope to those affected by suicide.
