Project Alliance is to help people manage behavioral health issues in the community. Mobile Crisis Response Teams would be a direct resource for direct 911 calls for a behavioral health crisis to local law enforcement and expand the resources to best meet the needs of such calls. The program gives teenagers the necessary tools to either return successfully to their home high schools, or to complete their high school requirements, while helping them prepare for post-secondary education or employment.
