Offers a 12 credit certificate program that has been developed to provide essential knowledge and skills in the interrelated areas of marketing, advertising, and public relations. There are two components of the certificate program. The first is composed of three required courses and the second is an elective course which enables students to direct their learning in support of their professional objectives. Licensing and permits include marriage licenses, hunting/fishing/trapping licenses, disabled parking permits, dog licenses, block party permits, peddler/solicitor licenses, and racing/wagering licenses. Other services include processing passport applications as well as maintaining town records and archives. ? Prepares and collects property taxes for residents of the Town of Greenville from January through July 13th. After July 13th all paperwork goes to the Greene County Treasurer's Office.

Employment Services model utilizes an employment developer to assist with job placement and a job-coach who provides support to the people in the form of job-site training, on-going assessment and follow-along for as long as necessary in order for the people to maintain employment.

Conducts periodic inspections of public and private buildings for conformity to standard fire prevention regulations establishes procedures for fire safety inspects new installations for fire safety measures and investigates causes of fires.

Provides a range of programs and activities to help fill the gap in family-centered services for families and individuals affected by the ASD spectrum (Aspergers Syndrome). Activities include a recreation group, social skills group, sibling support group, parent and grandparent support group, tutoring, mentoring and babysitting for families affected by ASD.
