The goal of the Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP) is to provide each youth with an opportunity to strengthen their ability for close interpersonal relationships within a home setting and a neighborhood; to develop skills for independent living and to survive the adolescent identity crisis with people who are able to provide more intensive help when it is needed.

A program which provides a free discount prescription card for an average of 30% savings on prescription drugs. This card is for individuals and families with no prescription coverage and prescriptions not covered by insurance. On the website the card can be printed, along with specific information on participating pharmacies, drug prices and more.
