Provides a complete range of comprehensive services in all areas of medical imaging including: Coronary CT, Angiography, Bone Densitometry, CT Scanning, Diagnostic Radiology, Digital Subtraction Angiography, Interventional Radiology, MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging), MRA (Magnetic Resonance Angiography), Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Oncology Services, and Ultrasonography.

Residential substance use addiction treatment program that accommodates 17 male individuals. Programming includes three balanced meals each day, in-house recovery focused groups, individual recovery coaching, meaningful off-site volunteer work, off-site treatment, and/or vocational training.

Provides family peer support services to parents and/or caregivers of youth with emotional and/or behavioral health difficulties. Services include:

Services are individualized and provided in home and community settings. Services are provided by a parent professional who has lived experience in caring for a youth with special needs.

Provides a safe and welcoming environment to help people in all stages of recovery and their families reclaim their lives. Offers a wide range of personalized services to promote healthy lifestyles, from support groups and life skills training to nutrition seminars and exercise classes. Offers a holistic approach that supports multiple pathways to recovery, where each member's journey can be personalized to fit his or her needs. People in all stages of recovery are welcome, and there are many ways to get involved. ##REENTRY##

Provides free, in-person tax preparation with returns prepared by IRS certified volunteers.

Financial assistance for families of children ages birth to 21 with physically handicapping conditions.

Works with the US Marine Corps Reserves to organize the Toys for Tots Campaign in Chautauqua County to provide toys for low income families with children ages 0-17 in need of assistance during the holiday season. Individuals and families can apply to receive toys for their own family, while agencies and groups can apply to pick up toys for families they serve.

Provides food to low income families and individuals living within the 14208 and 14209 zip code areas. Consideration taken for dietary needs. Clothing closet provides free clothing to anyone in need, regardless of area of residence. ##REENTRY##

Provides free lunch for any kids and teens ages 18 and under (and young adults with disabilities under 21).

Services include child and adult immunizations, tuberculosis screening, confidential HIV testing and counseling, STD testing and treatment, birth control options (including IUDs), emergency contraception, pregnancy testing, pregnancy options counseling, breast exams, and pap smears. ##REENTRY##

Provides comprehensive treatment, recovery, and support services for individuals and families impacted by mental health and substance use challenges. Services offered include individual and group counseling, medical and psychiatric care, family support coordination, addiction medicine consultations, opiate overdose prevention training, recovery coaching and peer support services, care coordination, community outreach and education, harm reduction services, a therapy dog program, and more. Provides free meals for any kids and teens ages 18 and under (and young adults with disabilities under 21). All meals must be eaten on-site.

Administers Temporary Assistance including Family Assistance, Safety Net Assistance, SNAP, and childcare assistance. An application for Temporary Assistance is an automatic application for Medical Assistance and SNAP benefits. May be able to assist with rent and mortgage payments, depending on the circumstances. Provides once-only or alternative assistance to applicants, who are low-income and without sufficient resources, in the form of diversion services. May include transportation and work related expense assistance.
