St. Mary's Family Health Centers offer an array of primary care and specialty care services at seven locations. From colds and the flu, to immunizations and regular check-ups, to women's health services and the concerns that come with getting older, the health center can take care of everyone's health care needs. Employing the latest medical techniques, the highly trained staff provides patients with comprehensive and advanced primary care including access to all of the hospital's services and facilities. If necessary, patients will be referred to a specialist for further diagnostic tests, treatments, observation or surgery.

Assists individuals through the process of securing and maintaining a job through the Intensive Supportive Employment/Prevocational Services. Also offers Education Support to individuals interested i advancing their education or attending a formal training program. Habilitation Services are also offered, and are geared to help individuals learn or regain skills needed to help them reach personal recovery.

For income eligible women, this program provides pregnancy testing, ultrasound, vitamin supplements, nutritional evaluation, regular medical check-ups, counseling, baby care instruction, childbirth classes, and other services.

A certified Hud-housing agency that provides tenant assistance, eviction prevention, home ownership counseling, landlord-tenant mediation, foreclosure counseling, first time home buyer counseling, reverse mortgage counseling, and housing court assistance. St. Mary's Diagnostic Service Center at Gloversville offers lab, x-ray and ultrasound services and is co-located with the Gloversville Health Center.
