A decision making committee to determine eligibility and the appropriate level of services for preschool children aged 3-5. The CPSE is a multidisciplinary team established to conduct meetings to develop, review, or revise the Individual Education Program (IEP) of a student with a disability. The parent or legal guardian is included as a member of the committee.

Provides Medicaid assistance for eligible Wyoming County residents.

Provides home delivered meals to homebound, frail, elderly, and disabled people ages 60 years and older residing in Wyoming County. Also provides congregate meal sites and nutrition counseling.

A day camp for boys and girls ages 6-14, held at the Hamburg Town Arena Grounds. Consists of 7 one-week sessions.

Program staff is responsible for morbidity reporting, gathering, compiling, and interpreting of data and statistics for all communicable diseases reported in Niagara County. Staff communicate with hospitals in the county on a daily basis to assess for cluster activity or anything unusual. Community education is a vital component of the program, with staff available to provide information to the general public on a variety of infections and diseases. Responsibility for reporting communicable diseases rests primarily with the physician, but also with laboratories, school nurses, day care center directors, nursing homes, hospitals, and other locations providing health services. New York State mandates all communicable diseases be reported directly to the Health Department for surveillance and follow-up. See website for a list of reportable diseases.

Provides primary health care and comprehensive dental care for all ages. Primary care includes back to school physicals, sick calls, annual physicals and wellness visits, immunizations, and chronic disease management. Dental care includes exams, cleanings and deep cleanings, fillings (composite and amalgam), teeth whitening, crowns/bridges, emergency care, dentures and partials, complicated extractions, and wisdom teeth removal.

A single location where customers can access the services provided by the Farm Service Agency, Natural Resources Conservation Service, and the Conservation District. Farm Service Agency administers federal farm programs and farm loan programs.

Public library. Offers Public Access Computers: 26 computers with networked Microsoft Office Applications, printing (color prints 25 cents, B&W prints 10 cents) and Internet Access. Offers Auditorium & Small Meeting Room available for public use with reservation. Study Room may be booked for up to 2 hours at a time. Serves as a Cooling Center for individuals during times of excessive heat. Always call ahead to make sure a Cooling Center is open before going there.

Amenities include emergency pull cords; security system; assistance by service coordinator; full size refrigerator and range; community room; central air conditioning; 24 hour emergency maintenance service; laundry facilities; and storage facilities. Provides frozen meals available via pickup from participating senior center locations throughout Erie County. Seniors can choose between a 3, 5, 6, 8 or 10 meal pack that can be picked up once a week from participating locations. A roll, milk, and dessert are included with each meal.

Targeted outreach, assistance, and facilitated enrollment for adults who may qualify for SNAP. Also available to assist in the recertification process for SNAP.

Provides a cost-free high school arts and technology program as a safe community where young adults are welcomed, recognized, and engaged in new ways of self expression, while gaining confidence and motivation to envision and plan for their futures. From fine arts to 3D printing, program classes help students imagine themselves in careers they never considered, while building friendships in a supportive environment.
