Provide free information and assistance on long term care service options for people of all ages who are disabled and/or chronically ill, as well as the frail elderly residing in Wyoming County. Serves as the point of contact for the Senior Farmers' Market Nutrition Program, which provides low-income seniors with coupons that can be exchanged for eligible foods (fruits, vegetables, honey, and fresh-cut herbs) at farmers' markets, roadside stands, and community supported agriculture (CSA) programs.

Loans and grants are available to very low income rural residents who own and occupy a dwelling in need of repairs. Funds are available for repairs to improve or modernize a home or to remove health and safety hazards. Loans are at 1% and may be repaid over a 20-year period. Grant funds are used to make repairs/improvements to make the dwelling more safe and sanitary, more accessible, or to remove health and safety hazards. Loan funds can be used for more various purposes.

Offers various programs to the community that have been developed to meet specific needs such as health education, screening services, and services related to cholesterol, blood pressure, hearing, diabetes, and hypertension. A comprehensive child development Head Start/Preschool program designed to serve income eligible children 0-5 years of age including children with disabilities and their families. Early Head Start provides early, continuous, intensive, and comprehensive child development and family support services to low income infants and toddlers and their families, also pregnant women and their families. Provides early learning, care, and enrichment experiences to children in an early care and education setting. Staff members also visit family homes at least twice per year.

Serves survivors of domestic and intimate partner violence ages 16 and older and their dependent children. Anyone feeling unsafe in a relationship can call or chat using the confidential hotline, operated by trained, compassionate staff available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide information and support. Services provided include confidential domestic violence shelter, supportive counseling, legal and court advocacy, assistance obtaining orders of protection, safety planning, parenting after violence service, education and support groups, transitional housing, and rapid rehousing. This series uses a trauma-informed care model in a group setting to cover parenting issues and symptomology related to custody, separation/divorce, co-parenting, parallel parenting, foster care placements, etc. Also provides community trainings to inform and educate Western New Yorkers to recognize the signs of domestic violence and to better understand different forms of abuse. Provides a hot meal to anyone in need. Breakfast and lunch are served sit-down, while dinner is provided to-go. Provides a traditional Thanksgiving meal served on Thanksgiving Day.

Before and after school program. Students receive homework help and participate in crafts, games, and both indoor and outdoor play. Students arrive and are picked up at The Relief Zone Inc. facility.

Provides recreational activities, educational programs, and health programs, including blood pressure, hearing, and cholesterol screenings. Offers organized day and overnight trips. Provides assistance in filling out forms. Provides information and referral. Serves as a City of Buffalo Cooling Center during times of extreme heat and as a Warming Center when the temperature is 15 degrees or below. Always call ahead to make sure a Cooling Center is open before going there.

Provides free meals for any kids and teens ages 18 and under (and young adults with disabilities under 21). All meals need to be eaten on-site.

Resource for parishes and/or personnel working with adolescents. Provides training and consultation for ministry with youth (middle school and high school aged) and/or young adults (ages 18-39). Leadership training (youth and adult), conferences, retreats, service opportunities. Residential camp offered.

Helpline representatives assist callers with a range of issues regarding access to substance use disorder and mental healthcare issues, including helping ensure fair reimbursement of mental healthcare and substance use disorder services and fighting insurance denials of care.
