Offers: Parent/Child Gymnastics program for children ages 2-3 1/2 with parent, Tots Gymnastics for 3 1/2-5 years old, and Munchkin Gymnastics for children ages 5-7 years old, each in four once-weekly sessions. Conducts age-appropriate activities. Also conducts Gymnastics Camp for 8-18 years old at all levels of experience. Provides instruction in all phases of gymnastics. Operating under the umbrella of New York Rising, the Governor's Office of Storm Recovery centralizes recovery and rebuilding efforts in 39 counties in New York State impacted by Superstorm Sandy, Hurricane Irene or Hurricane Lee. Programs in four main areas: * Housing Recovery Program to facilitate home repairs, rehabilitation, mitigation and elevation for the owners of single family homes damaged as a result of Irene, Lee or Sandy. Additional programs are available for the owners of multi-family rental properties, and for individual owners of co-ops and condos, as well as owners' associations. * Small Business Program provides support to independently-owned and operated small businesses that suffered loss as a result of Irene, Lee or Sandy. The program helps small businesses to repair or replace needed equipment or lost inventory, to renovate facilities that were damaged/destroyed, or to provide working capital needed as a direct result of the storm through grants of $50,000 or more, as well as low interest loans. * Community Reconstruction Program assists storm-impacted towns by facilitating an extensive redevelopment planning process that considers and incorporates unique local needs. * Infrastructure program leverages local resources and invests in a range of projects to transform the State's infrastructure, transportation network, energy supply, coastal protection, weather warning system and emergency management programs.

Assists men and women with intellectual and developmental disabilities live in their communities by providing residential services in 11 family-like residences with five to twelve residents. Provides long-term living arrangements that have the necessary supervision and structure including instruction in everyday tasks like doing laundry and cooking, coping with upsetting situations, conflicts with friends and family, and planning leisure time and activities. Offers Master’s level professionals in social work and related behavioral health fields the opportunity to complete the 350 clock hour educational requirement to apply for the NYS OASAS credential in Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counseling (CASAC-T). The Postgraduate Certificate in Addictions course promotes the psychodynamic understanding of current theoretical and practical approaches to the assessment and treatment of substance use disorders. Leading experts from the addictions field will discuss: The neurobiology of addiction; Psychopharmacology; Diagnostic assessment; Motivational interviewing and Empirically based evidence treatment approaches with adolescents and adults across a broad spectrum of culturally diverse populations. Topics incorporate an integrated approach to substance use disorder and mental health comorbidity, including behavioral addictions: sex, gambling and tobacco use. The course will synthesize lecture, case presentation and classroom discussion for 45 credit hours towards the completion of the New York State CASAC requirements of addiction-specific education and training (Section 1). Project Alliance is to help people manage behavioral health issues in the community. Mobile Crisis Response Teams would be a direct resource for direct 911 calls for a behavioral health crisis to local law enforcement and expand the resources to best meet the needs of such calls. Access the MCRT will be through local Police Departments by dialing 911.

Maintains all town roads including paving & repair, snow removal, street sweeping, and signage in the Town of White Creek. Picks up residential brush & leaves and provides waste management information for Town of White Creek residents.

Senior Benefits Information Centers (SBICs) help adults 60 and older, and those caring for the elderly, achieve a better understanding of Medicare health plans and prescription drug coverage (Part D prescription drug coverage, Medicare Advantage, Medic-Gap). Information and counseling is provided about different types of government programs, including federal and state financial assistance programs, and county-wide benefits. You can meet one-on-one with a trained counselor at one of our library-based locations. Spanish interpreter can be made available by appointment.

This task force is an independent coalition of individuals working to reduce child abuse and maltreatment through providing education for the professional and non-professional communities, and advocating for legislation and policy that protects children. It is co-sponsored by the Mental Health Association of Westchester and the Child Care Council of Westchester.

Offers residential services for people with learning and developmental disabilities to be able to receive supervision and support in community-based apartments. The program is designed to offer people patterns of daily living which enhance their growth to the maximum level of independence.
