Services included homes with 24-hour live-in support with medical support, supported apartments with daily or less frequent visits, homes with independent apartments with only the level of support desired, living with a family in the community, and homes for children, men, women, and seniors. Provides education and enrollment assistance related to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
