Doors open daily at 4 PM and all guest must leave at 8 AM.

Meals are not served, There are no shower facilities. There are no beds or sleeping dorms. Guest are provided chairs during their visit.

Guest are not required to go thru the Department of Social Services and can walk in during the open hours.

• Responsible for supervising charitable organizations to protect donors and recipients from dishonest practices in soliciting and managing charitable resources.* Supervises activity of foundations and other charities to ensure their funds and property are appropriately used and protect the community.* Maintains registry of charities and fundraising professionals.* Investigates complaints that include: Wrongdoing by charitable businesses, trusts, or other nonprofit organizations. Fraudulent or misleading solicitation and improper spending of money for charitable purposes. Inappropriate activities of executors, administrators, trustees, and personal representatives responsible for honoring pledges or gifts to charity.

• Provides one-time emergency needs of migrant and seasonal farmworkers who may not be eligible for other emergency services. Services include: Nutritional assistance, emergency shelter, first month rental assistance, rent in arrears assistance, mortgage assistance and utilities in arrears assistance.

• Provides a community mental health clinic. Mental health counseling and psychiatric services.

• Provides food vouchers. * Offers prescription payment assistance when funds are available.

• Offers IRS trained volunteers to prepare taxes for low-income Geneva residents at no cost. Headquartered at Geneva Public Library. Hybrid model available due to COVID.

• Provides youth centered outreach and education regarding: HIV, STIs, Hepatitis C (HCV) Substance use Teen pregnancy Inclusive reproductive and sexual health Parent resources and education within participating schools* Offers access to safer sex supplies, as well as delivery of supplies for those who cannot access the office location.

Provides free books, one mailed each month, to children from birth until their 5th birthday month.
