Provides services to chronically ill or physically disabled individuals who have a medical need for help with activities of daily living (ADLs) or skilled nursing services. Services include any of the services provided by a personal care aide (home attendant), home health aide, or nurse. Recipients have flexibility and freedom in choosing their caregivers.

HCBS program provides pre-vocational, intensive supported employment and ongoing support employment services for adults who have behavioral health challenges. This program also includes habilitation services, family support and training empowerment, peer supports, and psycho-social rehabilitation.

Provides diagnostic assessments of preschool and primary school age children with questionable or delayed development. Assessment includes intellectual and emotional functioning to clarify the medical and/or environmental causes of any identified disabilities. Once evaluation is complete a therapeutic plan is tailored to meet the child's needs and is referred to an intervention program either on-site or in their local community.
