Provides free or low cost subsidized child care services for eligible families residing in Suffolk County. Child care is available for children, between the ages of 6 weeks through 12 years in licensed day care centers, school age child care programs, group family day care homes, registered family day care homes, and legally exempt/informal child care programs. NOTE: Children with special needs may be able to receive subsidized child care through 18 years of age. Families must meet income and program eligibility criteria to be eligible for a child care subsidy. Offers a program that is designed to prepare students to function as a sterile processing professional in multiple healthcare settings. Sterile Processing technicians perform and participate in decontamination, cleaning, assembling, packaging, scanning, sterilization, storage, and distribution of reusable surgical instrumentation and equipment. The purpose of this program is to prepare students to clearly and thoroughly understand his or her roles and responsibilities. Working in a sterile processing area requires specific knowledge and skills, including an understanding of key areas and topics. After completing this program, learners will have the opportunity to take the leading national/industry-recognized certification exam(s) essential to entry-level employment in this fast-growing field. Provides high quality, evidence based instruction and support services that meet the unique needs of each student. Our diverse specialty programs foster student engagement, independence and promote high expectations to ensure that students are challenged to meet the Common Core State Standards and are prepared for success in their post-school lives. Programs are offered at the Elementary, Middle and Secondary Level at multiple locations for students with various developmental disabilities.

Services provided are inpatient, medically supervised stabilization also known as detox. The length of stay varies depending on each patient's needs. After stabilization, patients may be admitted to inpatient rehabilitation which is a 30 day program providing psycho-education groups and individual therapy. All treatment is evidence based and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Motivational Enhancement Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills are the core therapies of the program. Wellness is also an integral part of treatment and includes creative arts, ceramics, yoga, dance/movement, massage, fitness and nutrition. The residential level of care is provided as a step-down program from rehabilitation and length of stay can be 90 days or longer. Reintegration is key to the program. During the patient's stay, they will receive individual therapy and attend work, a volunteer job, or an outpatient program that assists with reintegrating patients back into the community and home. Patients may be admitted directly to any of the three levels of care provided, if appropriate.

Also provides a free monthly seminar to all non-custodial parents to help them understand their rights and responsibilities.

Serves as a focal point for older adults in the community which offers a wide variety of services and activities. Provides a senior nutrition program as well as assistance for seniors looking to apply for benefits such as SNAP, Medicare, and/or senior housing programs.

Provide elderly or disabled persons who are unable to stay by themselves during the day a place to go, where they can receive compassionate care, as well as encouragement and participation in activities.
