The Roscoe Free Library Book Discussion Group meets once a month.

The Family Partnership Center is a partnership of agencies, organizations, and the community which focus on providing resources to individuals and families, and rents office space, conference rooms or the auditorium, to non profits and other organizations committed to giving back to the community. The New York State Department of Health collects information about seasonal cooling centers from local health departments and emergency management offices. Before going to a cooling center, it is important to call ahead to make sure it is open. Some cooling centers are only open during regular business hours and officially declared heat emergencies and extreme heat events.
