Prescription Hope helps patients access over 1,500 brand-name medications through manufacturer patient assistance programs. We work with doctors and drug companies to coordinate enrollment.

• Offers year-round recreation programs for youth, teens and adults. Playground. Outdoor courts. Spray Park. Game Room. Computer Lab. Community Meeting Space. Meals.

• Offers Syringe Exchange Programs (SEPs), which provide new, sterile syringes, naloxone/Narcan, HIV/HCV testing and an array of counseling/educational services at locations throughout New York State. Drug User Health Hubs are co-located at SEPs and provide accessible primary care, medication for opioid use disorder and Hepatitis C care and treatment. Locations are partnered community organizations.

• Provides financial assistance with a portion of monthly housing costs to eligible individuals and families.
