The Infectious Disease experts in the Travel Medicine Service at NUMC utilize the most up-to-date travel disease databases to administer required and recommended vaccinations, provide an International Certificate of Vaccination, and provide necessary prescriptions for preventive medications. Crews within each county are responsible for the day-to-day road maintenance and operation of the state roadways within their jurisdiction, including repairing pot holes. Their work includes doing minor road or bridge repairs, removing snow/ice, repairing and replacing signs, repairing guide rail, and mowing grass.
