This program focuses primarily on low income, first generation high school juniors and seniors. The program is designed to enable participants to reach challenging academic standards so that they enroll into college and/or remain in college through graduation.

Provides a comprehensive early childhood developmental program for children from low income families. Serves pregnant mothers and families with infants, toddlers and preschoolers through home based and classroom based programming. Full time program. Also offers social services and nutrition, mental health, health and dental services. Parent training and parent involvement programs. Families must live in one of thirteen school districts: Comsewogue, Middle Country, Miller Place, Mt. Sinai, Port Jefferson, Rocky Point, Sachem, Sayville, Shoreham-Wading River, Three Village and parts of Connetquot, Longwood and Smithtown.

Mediation services are designed as an alternative to court to handle civil or minor criminal issues and disputes such as family conflicts, neighbor-to-neighbor disputes, consumer-merchant problems, landlord-tenant complaints and student-to-student or student-to-teacher disputes. Settlements are intended to avoid future conflict without placing blame or guilt. Agreements are binding and enforceable by courts. Special eviction prevention program assists landlords and tenants before the court on eviction petitions. Provides consultation and training to schools for conflict resolution curriculum and peer mediation programs.

Provides inpatient nursing care for individuals requiring continuous care due to age, illness, injury, disability or post hospitalization. Also offers a special care unit geared towards those Alzheimer or dementia. Hospice and palliative care is also available for individuals who are dying or at end-stage of illness.

Handles legal matters including civil, criminal, small claims, and traffic cases within the Town of Cambridge.

Offers a variety of organized activities and sports for all ages in the community such as after school programs, swimming, arts and crafts, basketball, football, karate, cheerleading and more.

Assists those individuals who have been chronically homeless due to disability with a permanent supportive housing program. Clients live in their own apartment and receive supportive case management services that enable them to live productive lives while maintaining permanent housing.

Provides various summer programs for children 1st through 12th grades. Extended day care available. Programs include Sound Learning Programs, Marine and Environmental Programs, Specialty Programs, Sports Camps, Tutorial, Counseling In Training, and SAT Prep. Provides educational services to assist children with disabilities including: infants, preschoolers, adolescents and young adults needing early intervention, preschool and schoolage educational and therapeutic services, so that students are physically and academically prepared for maximum independence, and when appropriate, participate in their own community schools. A program which utilizes music and other auditory stimulation in various ways to help people rehabilitate from illness, injury or disability.

Rehabilitation is one of the most complex and specialized fields in all of medicine. Not all physical rehabilitation programs are the same. Choosing the right place and the right course of therapy after a disabling injury or illness can be a critical decision. Inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services are available.
