Provides prevention and intervention programs. Serves as a safety net for young people who find themselves entering the criminal justice system or for those who are at risk out in the community and not currently on probation. Focuses on working with youth ages 12-15 who have been deemed as "at-risk", including those who have a PINS or JD status through the family court or probation system, as well as those referred from the school district and community. Provides case management and groups, such as an Aggression Replacement Training (ART) group, in order to reduce recidivism. Bi-weekly school visits and monthly home visits are provided, as well as daily reporting during programming hours to participate in groups, individual sessions, and recreational activities as mandated by the court or their probation officer. Outside of standard programming hours, a hotline is in place 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in order to assist families with emergency situations.

Besides promoting health and nutrition, this program is designed to promote opportunities to socialize with others and to improve access to a variety of social and health services. All meals served provide at least one-third of the current dietary reference intakes as established by the Food and Nutrition Board of the National Academy of Science, National Research Council. Meals are available at five congregate meal sites in the County and through a Home Delivered Meal program.
