Counselors and job placement specialists.* Provides technical assistance and information about programs to other schools and colleges offering services for deaf students.

• Provides early childhood education programs for children that focuses on bilingual services as well as services to children with disabilities, language development, literacy, mathematics, science, creative arts, social and emotional development, physical health and development, problem solving and includes: Nutrition services. Health services.

• Provides clinical laboratory and pathology services. Full range of onsite testing includes surgical pathology, immuno-histochemistry procedures, hematopathology, breast tumor testing as well as gynecologic and non-gynecologic cytology, chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, microbiology, immunology, blood bank and transfusion services. Laboratory services are available for outpatients, Nursing Homes and home-bound patients.

Provides prevention and health maintenance services for female Veterans as well as maternity care.

• Assists farmers, ranchers, and other agricultural workers with disabilities by offering the following services: On-site assessments of the agricultural worksite or home to identify barriers to completing tasks Recommendations for assistive technology (equipment/tools/devices), modifications that can make it easier to perform work, and/or other possible solution to overcoming disability-related limitations Access to information on a variety of topics related to disability and agriculture Provides education/training opportunities through workshops, conferences, seminars, and on-line programs Referrals to other local services for potential assistance (financial, rehabilitative, education, etc.) specific to the clients' needs Arranges for peer support opportunities that connect customers with others who have successfully accommodated their disabilities * Direct funding or equipment is not provided by the AgrAbility Project, instead the project works with state Vocational Rehabilitation departments and other funding sources.

• Provides breast and cervical cancer screening. Screening mammograms. Pap tests, pelvic exams, clinical breast exams.

• Provides an emergency food pantry. Food items include canned goods, produce, frozen meat, baked goods, baby food, and voucher for milk & eggs. Food is provided as available through donations. Food for three days, given once per month up to 6 times per year. Transportation assistance is generally not provided.

• Offers community workshops and presentations targeted at adult caregivers and seniors who might be at risk for a fall.

• Provides support for rural providers to improve access to care, enhance coordination of services, increase efficiency of service delivery, and introduce needed community services through the formation and operation of rural health networks.

• Provides individuals and families who have active cases with the Monroe County DHS with furniture, used appliances, moving and delivery at no cost. Referral from other agency Participants must have a voucher from DHS* Provides the general public, including private households with furniture, used appliances, moving and delivery at a lower cost than market rate.* Manufactures furniture that is distributed as part of its services, including sofas, dining tables/chairs, mattresses, dressers, steel bed frames, and cabinetry.* Provides churches and businesses with a "charity package" program to help those in need. Charity packages include a dining set (table & chairs), a dresser, a full/twin steel bed frame with mattress, a sofa and linen bundle, as well as delivery within five days or less.

• Provides a mutual support group in Spanish to help all those who are recovering from all types of addiction.

• Assists individuals with developmental disabilities: In-Home Respite - gives caregivers and those served an opportunity to spend some time apart Day Habilitation - includes training and assistance in personal care, basic safety skills, social and recreational activities, relationship building Community Habilitation - community living setting with skill-building including money management, menu planning, and food preparation, chore completion, and recreation Individualized Residential Alternatives (IRAs) - provides a group living environment with services tailored to each resident's individual needs

• Investigates abuse, exploitation, neglect (by self or caretakers) for adults and children. * Offers services for families in crisis to avoid the need for foster care placement. Case management. Supportive services. Home management. Parenting skills. Social adjustment.
