The locations that are serviced for transportation are the VA East Meadow Clinic, VA Valley Stream Clinic, VA Vet Center Hicksville and the VA Main Hospital Northport. All appointments for transportation are required to be reserved 2 weeks prior to your scheduled VA Appointment. Veterans may call to schedule transportation for a scheduled VA Medical Appointment.
