LUW Utility Program has opening for anyone that is HIV positive and needs assistance with their utility payments including ConEd or Phone. This is a 24-month utility assistance program only available to those who are not already receiving assistance from another source such as HEAP or with a pre-paid phone service.

Designed to prevent psychiatric hospitalization, HBCI is an intensive, short-term (4-6 weeks) crisis intervention service and family education program. Therapists are available to families 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, to respond to a crisis situation.
