Supports families by providing services and resources needed to strengthen the family unit, enable families to remain intact, and avoid unnecessary placement of children in foster care.

Facilitate linkages and referrals to agency and community resources on behalf of persons seeking assistance.

Supports and promotes the development of quality, accessible, and affordable child care services in Oswego County. Assists parents searching for child care with registration and enrollment for home-based child care and school age programs. Offers training and technical assistance for parents and providers.

Provides care for clients who have non-emergency medical needs, such as cold symptoms, sore throats, minor burns, rashes or hives, allergies, fevers, and cough/congestion.

Provides a food pantry for individuals in need once a month.

Provides emergency medical services, pre-hospital care, and transportation to a hospital facility as part of a coordinated EMS system. Provides emergency rescue operations and/or lifesaving activities for people who are stranded, lost, accident victims, or exposed to other life threatening dangers.
