The District Attorney prosecutes all Criminal Cases filed in the County. Prosecutions are conducted by Assistant District Attorneys in City, Town and Village Courts. Felony cases are prosecuted in county court. The office also prosecutes appeals in both state and federal courts.

Taxes will not be prepared until we determine all the necessary documentation has been received.
