These independent apartment communities (not assisted living) include one and two bedroom apartments, depending on location. Monthly rent is based on the tenant's and/or couple's adjusted income. As an added cost savings, some utilities are included. Each apartment features a kitchen with spacious cupboards, a stove, and a refrigerator. For added comfort, each complex is equipped with secure entrances.
