Provides free lunch to any kids and teens ages 18 and under (and young adults with disabilities under 21).

Support group to help participants cope with the loss of a loved one. Six consecutive weekly sessions will aid participants in exploring the grieving process and offer methods of coping while providing a safe setting to discuss their loss. Materials provided. Group will run April 6th - May 11th, 2023: Thursdays, 6:30pm-8pm. Application deadline is March 31st, 2023.

Provides scholarships for Buffalo public and charter school students to attend college (certificate programs, 2-year and 4-year degree programs). Scholarships cover up to 100% of the tuition at any college or university in SUNY/CUNY system or at nearly 100 private colleges and universities after Federal, State, and institutional tuition aid has been applied.

Provides support, counseling, training, and life-skills for people with mental health and substance use needs. Services are provided at home, in the community, or through telehealth and can in addition to other behavioral health services you are already receiving. Services include: Peer Support Services, Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Counseling, Family Support & Training, and Education and Job Support Services.

Operates a nutrition program that provides a daily nutritionally balanced hot meal to older persons. Besides promoting health and nutrition, this program is designed to promote opportunities to socialize with others and to improve access to a variety of social and health services. All meals served provide at least one-third of the current dietary reference intakes as established by the Food and Nutrition Board of the National Academy of Science, National Research Council. Meals are available at five congregate meal sites in the County and through a Home Delivered Meal program.

• Alternatives to Incarceration Program, which helps people with developmental disabilities, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions navigate the various stages of the criminal justice system
• Raise the Age Services, which helps youthful offenders acquire the life skills and pro-social behaviors required to lead self-sufficient lives, gain employment, and avoid further involvement in the criminal justice system
• Project C.O.A.C.H., which provides telephone counseling, referral, outreach, and intervention/prevention for individuals and families
• Domestic Violence and Victim Assistance Program, which provides services to people of all abilities who are victims of any crime, specializing in people with disabilities who have experienced domestic violence

Community gardens are available for families and individuals to work together in preparing soil, planting, weeding, harvesting, tilling, and composting. Families receive some of the product that is grown. Some of the product is donated to local soup kitchens and pantries. Gardens are located throughout Northern Chautauqua County, with one located at CCRM headquarters.

Provides transportation for adults with Severe Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) within Niagara County to day programs, medical or rehabilitation appointments, and services. Program operates in Niagara Falls, Lockport, and North Tonawanda areas. In addition to individual appointments, daily routes are established for transporting to and from CMI community support program sites.

Provides shelter, mental health support, and case management services for homeless individuals with mental illness. Assistance in linkage with housing, financial entitlements, and mental health services. 24-hour supervision.

Program designed to encourage and maintain healthy lifestyles in elderly residents of the Buffalo River Community by providing affordable healthy meals, facilitated physical activity, peer interaction and socialization, and health care navigation and access to support services. Program activities include congregate dining, low-impact aerobics exercise, pinochle, cards, Bingo, art classes compliments of Art Services, Inc., healthy aging education, recreational activities, day trips, and more. Transportation is provided for those in need to and from all the VCA senior programs on Tuesday through Friday.

Offers breastfeeding support to African-American women in the City of Buffalo. Participants in the program are given personalized peer-to-peer support, starting during pregnancy and continuing through the first 12 months after birth. Also offers a support group.

Assists families in identifying and strengthening the protective factors known to be associated with resiliency in their children. Helps to identify and decrease those factors that impede resiliency. Increases a family's skills in order to reduce acute service utilization. Increase a family's ability to access appropriate community resources.
