Promotes and encourages improved family and individual functioning by teaching families necessary skills to remain together and prevent psychiatric hospitalization for children and adolescents in Suffolk County. Referrals are accepted primarily through Suffolk's Children's Mobile Crisis Team and Stony Brook University Hospital CPEP (Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program). LINK can also be accessed from all Suffolk County Emergency Rooms and through WellLife Network directly and Suffolk County Mental Health Clinics.
