• Provides referrals to all types of child care programs. * Provides information on guidelines to child care subsidy eligibility. * Offers educational programs, seminars and classes on child care issues. * Offers development and training of professional child care providers and programs. * Operates the Repurpose and More Store providing donated materials from local manufacturers for craft projects. * Operates Farm to Preschool - seasonal farm markets at three child care providers in Rochester. * Provides data for all child care needs - breakdown of existing services and service gaps. * Offers a Regional Infant/Toddler Resource Center. Early Childhood Professional Library. * Offers Infant/Toddler Mental Health support in participating child care programs.

Collects donations and provides school supplies for children in Oswego County. Students can only receive items from the district that they are enrolled in. A copy of your child's 2024-2025 School Report Card will be required for entrance to pick up school supplies. If entering a district for the first time or transferring into a new district, an enrollment letter from that district is required.

Donations of school supplies will be accepted on Wednesday, Aug. 20^th between 9am-2:30pm at the following locations:

• Top's Supermarket - Route 3 in Hannibal

• Walmart - 3018 East Ave in Central Square

• Kinney Drugs - 3318 Main Street in Mexico

• Bullhead Point - W. Broadway

Manages the HUD subsidy program for low-income households. Provides assistance for rental subsidies for housing that meets HUD standards through the HUD Housing Choice Voucher Program knows as Section 8. Provides Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing Vouchers (VASH) for veterans in need of housing assistance.
