Co-payments for naloxone in an amount up to $40 for each prescription dispensed will be billed to N-CAP, not to the individual getting naloxone. Naloxone, the drug that reverses overdoses from opioids such as heroin and many prescribed pain relief medications, is now available in more than 2,600 pharmacies throughout New York State. Individuals at risk for an overdose or their family members or friends may acquire naloxone in these pharmacies without bringing in a prescription. • Provides Fiscal Intermediary Services that can include help with: Recruiting and hiring staff Training staff Managing staff payroll Keeping track of a budget and expenses Brainstorming and problem-solving ways to pay for needs Service documentation and Medicaid billing* Provides access and covers costs for classes, one-to-one staff, transportation, housing subsidies, memberships, and more.

• Provides HIV and STD prevention services for highest risk young people. Services include: HIV/STD testing, medical and treatment services, workshops, and referrals to sexual health and other supportive services.

• Provides back to school supplies.

• Provides crisis counseling for those who are in emotional distress related to any natural or human-caused disaster. * Offers information on how to recognize distress and its effects on individuals and families and provides tips for healthy coping.* Provides disaster-specific resources and referral information.
