• Offers information and referral to individuals looking to become child care providers, including help with licensing. Also provides customized referrals to parents about child care providers that are licensed in the area.

• Offers short-term crisis support in a home-like setting by certified peer specialists to individuals experiencing an emotional or psychiatric crisis.

• Provides multiple services to enhance the social, educational, physical wellbeing of people, as well as improving business structures in the area. Services may include: Works to increase agency capacity to provide services for new American/Immigrant/Refugee populations Improves the business corridors within Rochester Reduces vaccine hesitancy and increasing vaccination rates amongst communities of colors Aides in reunitification of families and social reintegration of youth either currently in or emerging from juvenile facility Provides cancer educational outreach to communities of color

• Provides legal services in the areas of landlord and tenant disputes, wills, health care proxies, living wills, power of attorney and consumer and credit problems.
