Most participants in the program have retired from other types of programs. The services provided help maintain their independence, productivity and sense of responsibility. A focus on nutritional routines that meet the changing needs of the elderly; the maintenance of good hygiene and grooming; attention to good health and exercise; and the development of interest and participation in a broad range of activities. Individuals receive clinical services such as nursing, psychology, and occupational, physical, and speech therapy.
