Offers two programs in Home Inspection at Molloy College: one program for currently licensed home inspectors to maintain their NY State license and another for individuals to become licensed in NY State. Both programs are offered at our Rockville Centre, as well as at our Suffolk Center at Republic Airport. Molloy College offers continuing education courses for home inspectors to maintain their New York State license. Molloy College offers a New York state-approved program for you to become a licensed home inspector. Molloy College offers the approved 140-hour course of study consisting of the 5 Modules. The following five modules are offered: Home Inspection Module 1: Structure, roofing and exteriors; Home Inspection Module 2: Interiors, electrical systems, insulation and ventilation; Home Inspection Module 3: Heating, cooling and plumbing; Home Inspection Module 4: License law, overview of profession and report writing and Home Inspection Module 5: Field training. Provides a hospital program located at South Oaks in Amityville which offers an educational program for hospitalized adolescents. Both disabled and non-disabled students can enroll in this program. Close contact is established initially with each child's home school guidance counselor to identify the level of instruction needed. The education program at South Oaks, consisting of basic high school subjects in English, social studies, mathematics and science, and is considered an integral part of the treatment program by hospital administration.
