The Clinic defends clients in need of motions to reopen prior removal orders, facing false gang allegations, seeking release on bond, and victims of trafficking seeking relief. Services include: Citizenship program: Provides naturalization application assistance free of charge. We also serve as the non-profit attorney representative on the WNY Human Trafficking Task Force along with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, in federal and local prosecutors, and anti-trafficking social services providers.
