Offers FREE medical transportation to individuals living with HIV/AIDS in Nassau County. Transportation is provided to obtain health care services related directly to HIV/AIDS as in medical care, dental care, mental health, and substance abuse treatment. Transportation will be provided via taxi, Gas Cards, and Metro Cards. All other resources for transportation must be exhausted prior to using resources from this program.

Works with Hispanic girls ages 12-16 to address the high rate of attempted suicides among young Hispanic girls from impoverished areas of Nassau County.

The program provides a "Teen Drop-In Center" after school, which includes mentoring, tutoring, and emotional support. Assists Hispanic youth and their families in the acculturation process. Addresses problems associated with scholastic underachievement, family dysfunction, domestic violence, child abuse, and neglect.
