Offers an inter-professional, allied healthcare team approach to care, as well as integrated community-based wellness services for patients living with Parkinson's disease. Community-based Wellness Programs are offered at no charge to participants through Stony Brook Southampton Hospital’s Center for Parkinson's Disease. Programs are currently offered online and in-person, and we continue to welcome new participants.
