Offers a wide range of support/educational/physical programs for our patients, family members, and staff. All programs are free but require registration. Cancer support groups include presentations by medical staff as well as a chance to interact with others facing a cancer diagnosis. Our educational and physical activities are designed with patients and their needs as the primary focus. The Epilepsy Foundation provides accessible and current information about epilepsy/seizure disorders to individuals, parents, family members, friends and members of the community. We also provide referrals to physicians, medical centers, legal counsels and community resources.

Capabilities Partnership, Inc. provides OPWDD eligibility services for individuals residing in Rockland County, NY through the RCC Navigator Program.

Participants visit volunteer sites, engage in recreation, and learn socialization and independent life skills including banking, time management, shopping and personal care. Offers a virtual support group open to all patients and family members. Meetings are held every 1st Thursday of the month from 6:30pm - 7:30pm via Microsoft® Teams. The group is led by a senior neurology resident doctor from Stony Brook Medicine. Come share your experiences, network and support one another. Call to register.
