Offers Early Childhood Education Programs (Head Start) to economically disadvantaged children and families, with special focus on helping preschoolers develop the early reading and math skills they need to be successful in school. Promotes school readiness through educational, health, nutritional, social and other services to children and their families enrolled in the program. Also offers occupational and personal health and safety training for farmworkers, and ESL classes with small amounts of funding for books and supplies.

The Immigration Resource Coordinator provides case management through a coordination of services and referrals for Immigrants and Refugees in the North Country Region. The North Country Region includes Clinton, Essex, St Lawrence, Franklin, Jefferson and Lewis Counties. These resources can also include a free immigration consultation with an attorney.
