The Well Child Clinic is a safety net service that provides well child examinations for children who are uninsured or underinsured or who have moved into the area and need a referral to a primary care provider. Blood lead level testing, WIC physical exams, hemoglobin testing, and immunization for vaccine-preventable diseases are offered. This service is for well children, not sick.

Coordinates youth services in the town with the formation of the greater Ossining Youth Council. Youth will learn leadership and socialization skills through the formation and operation of the council.

Offers a safe place for teens, providing positive role models and mentors. Weekly topics discussed include self-esteem and confidence, dealing with challenges of being an adolescent, friendships and relationships, handling social pressures and school pressures, and more. Support groups meet weekly throughout the school year. A parent component provides parents of teens with support, guidance and understanding.
