Some of these coalitions include: Massapequa Takes Action Coalition (MTAC), whose mission is to prevent and reduce youth substance misuse to promote a healthy Massapequa, Levittown Community Action Coalition (LCAC), whose mission is to create a community where residents feel safe, valued, connected, and empowered to meet life's challenges without turning to alcohol, opiates, or other drugs, and the Hispanic Alliance for Prevention Coalition (HAP), whose mission is to provide social, economical, educational, and health resources and support aimed at reducing the risk factors associated with Substance use for Hispanic Youth ages 12-17 in Nassau County.

Promote self-esteem, positive values and morals, citizenship, dignity, as well as physical, social, and mental well-being among the youth of Nassau County through youth and community development. Call for detailed information regarding all services and programs offered to youth in Nassau County.
