Provides a treatment program for clients suffering from Opioid Substance Use Disorder with a comprehensive, culturally competent bio-psycho-social treatment approach to assist the chemically dependent person(s) to cease the use of illicit and/or controlled substances and move towards leading a healthy and productive life. Substance use evaluations for individuals in need of withdrawal and stabilization services (detox). Offers medically managed treatment to safely assist patients who are experiencing withdrawal from alcohol and/or other substances. An interdisciplinary team is available to assist patients in managing their moderate to severe withdrawal symptoms. Offers special treatment services which include MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment), Women's Programs, Adolescent Program, MICA (Mentally Impaired Chemically Addicted) Program, Opiate Treatment Services, and Gambling Program. Also provides DWI evaluations and offers prevention education related to alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use for youth and adults, including the Alcohol & Drug Awareness Program for At-Risk Youth.

A 68-bed inpatient residential medically supervised treatment facility. Provides 24-hour care to men and women who need support, counseling, observation, nursing, and medical care to achieve initial stabilization from drug and/or alcohol withdrawal. Typical stays are 7-14 days with possible extended stay to 28 days for co-occurring mental health or medical disorders. Supportive services offered to enrolled patients include individual, group, and family counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma informed care, drug screening, education regarding addiction and disease management, health education, suboxone treatment, continued medication assisted treatment, medical evaluation and follow up as needed, self-help involvement, relapse prevention, overdose prevention education, and discharge planning. ##REENTRY##

Offers outpatient methadone treatment. Patients addicted to heroin or prescription drugs receive a liquid dose of methadone, a synthetic opiate that controls withdrawal symptoms. The methadone is taken on-site. Additional program services include: evaluation, individualized treatment planning, counseling (both group and individual), family integration, general health monitoring, educational and vocational counseling, referrals, and criminal justice liaison.

Provides detoxification and methadone maintenance for patients involved with long term opiate abuse. Services include individual and group counseling, annual physical examinations, blood/other lab tests, and primary care.

This program offers day and night rehabilitation services which include: support groups with discussions such as job readiness, relapse prevention, and former offenders; use of the twelve-step program; buprenorphine treatment as an alternative for heroin addiction and other opiate based drugs; and counseling services. In addition to rehabilitation services, FACTS also offers the following: Immunizations against diseases such as Hepatitis A and B, and information about how to protect oneself against other diseases such as Hepatitis C and HIV; and support groups.
