Provides counseling and outpatient treatment services for individuals experiencing substance use disorders. Offers special treatment services which include MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment), Women's Programs, Adolescent Program, MICA (Mentally Impaired Chemically Addicted) Program, Opiate Treatment Services, and Gambling Program. Also provides DWI evaluations and offers prevention education related to alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use for youth and adults, including the Alcohol & Drug Awareness Program for At-Risk Youth.

Licensed by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS) and accredited by the Joint Commission, provides comprehensive substance abuse treatment services to adults and youth 13 and older. We offer a full continuum of outpatient services, including comprehensive assessment and referral; psychiatric consultation and medication management; evidence-based interventions; individual, group, marital and family therapies; medication-assisted treatment (MAT); trauma-informed care; gender-specific treatment; and other supportive services. Specialized services are available to those with co-occurring mental health disorders, as well as those with DWIs and other mandated service recipients, and are also available in Spanish. Offers comprehensive, evidence-based outpatient treatment for those 18 and older who misuse substances—and we also treat their families. Care is provided by an experienced multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists and social workers. ARS also aims to explore possible associated mental health problems and other underlying causes. This program offers medication management along with individual and group psychotherapy. Specializations include a dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) track, a young adult track and a focus on significant others. DWI evaluations are also offered as needed.
