The Help Center is an alternative to ECMC's Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP) for those who are NOT experiencing suicidal thoughts/behaviors.

Walk-in center for individuals experiencing mental health challenges and in need of immediate help. Provides immediate crisis support, medication evaluation, and psychiatric and counseling resources. Provides support for people feeling distressed, anxious, sad, or depressed but who don't want to go to the ER or CPEP. The Help Center may be visited up to 3 times to bridge the gap between services.
