Services offered include: Substance Use & Mental Health Screenings, Counseling Services and Recovery Support, Case Management, Peer Recovery Support, and Goal Planning. Free resources and ongoing programs are tailored to aid in successful community reintegration and family reunification post release.

Provides services to assist adults with mental health problems such as stress, anger, anxiety, bipolar disorders, depression, and grief. The clinic serves individuals 18 years and older and provides a number of services including:

Offers comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services, including assessment protocols, school consultations, parent counseling, individual psychotherapy and medication services for youth with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder.

Program designed to help seniors remain safely in the community and also to help them to flourish by remaining connected with medical, behavioral health and non-medical supports in the community. Three program components are as follows: Aging Services access can screen for aging needs that may place the older adult’s ability to remain in the community in jeopardy and can assist with linkages to needed services for nutritional support, personal care, transportation, financial stability, and increasing socialization. Behavioral Health access screens for behavioral health needs and can help individuals get connected to needed mental health or substance abuse services. Mobile Outreach and off-site services include services provided by the Older Adult Clinical Specialist who can provide short-term in-home therapeutic assistance as well as assisting those individuals who are not connected to needed services or who may have difficulty accessing services

Provides comprehensive treatment, recovery, and support services for individuals and families impacted by mental health and substance use challenges. Services offered include individual and group counseling, medical and psychiatric care, family support coordination, addiction medicine consultations, opiate overdose prevention training, recovery coaching and peer support services, care coordination, community outreach and education, harm reduction services, a therapy dog program, and more. Provides a free anonymous mental health and alcohol education screening program for military personnel and their families, in all branches, including National Guard and Reserve. The self-assessment is a series of questions that help create a picture of a person is feeling and whether they could benefit from further evaluation and treatment.

St. Mary's Behavioral Health Services offers information on adult and children's psychiatric evaluations. The St. Mary's Children's Mental Health Clinic provides outpatient mental health services for seriously emotionally disturbed children up to 18 years of age and their families who reside in Fulton, Montgomery and Hamilton counties. Limited evening and and Saturday appointments may be available upon request. St. Mary's Emergency Services provides 24-hour-contact with mental health services including emergency telephone counseling. Other services include in-person evaluations, intervention and assessment.

CCBHCs provide a comprehensive array of services needed to create access, stabilize people in crisis, and provide the necessary treatment for those with mental health and substance use disorders. CCBHCs integrate additional services to ensure an approach to health care that emphasizes recovery, wellness, trauma-informed care, and physical-behavioral health integration. These services include, but are not limited to: -24/7/365 mobile crisis team services to help people stabilize in the most clinically appropriate, least restrictive, least traumatizing, and most cost-effective settings. -Immediate screening and risk assessment for mental health, addictions, and basic primary care needs to address the chronic conditions that drive poor health outcomes. -Easy access to care with criteria to assure a reduced wait time so those who need services can receive them when they need them, regardless of ability to pay or location of residence. -Tailored care for active duty military and veterans to ensure they receive the unique health support essential to their treatment. -Expanded care coordination with local hospitals, other health care providers, social service providers, and law enforcement, with a focus on whole health and comprehensive access to a full range of medical, behavioral and supportive services. -Commitment to peers and family, recognizing that their involvement is essential for recovery and should be fully integrated into care

Provides state-of-the art evidence-based psychological treatments (cognitive behavioral therapy) for individuals suffering from anxiety and/or depression. The Center also provides a thorough diagnostic evaluation to assess current symptoms which includes a detailed interview conducted by a clinician as well as the administration of self-report questionnaires. Also the center will conduct research on the nature and treatment of anxiety and depression. Problems Treated at the Anxiety and Depression Program include: Panic Disorder; Generalized Anxiety Disorder; Specific Phobia; Social Anxiety; Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder; Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and Depression. There is a fee and no insurance is accepted. Call for an appointment or to speak with a staff member who can help determine if the program would be appropriate for the problem you are experiencing.

Astor provides a screening and referral process to connect a family with children who are at risk, to supportive case management, intensive case management or community based services.

Offers mental health services for children/adults and their families from birth through 24 years of age, in trouble, or causing trouble. Services include evaluation, treatment plans, therapy, and medication management. Populations served include victims of child abuse and their families, those struggling with bereavement, and trauma issues.
