Serves adults and adolescents with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bi-polar disorder, personality disorder, trauma, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), interpersonal conflicts and childhood disorders.

Provides various counseling approaches to individuals including group therapy, short term individual therapy for adults, marital and family therapy and medication therapy. Also offers counseling and case management services to individuals with mental health needs that are involved with the legal system, while incarcerated or on parole or probation. Offers referrals to other programs and facilities to help ensure all mental health needs are being met.

Provides services to assist adults with mental health problems such as stress, anger, anxiety, bipolar disorders, depression, and grief. The clinic serves individuals 18 years and older and provides a number of services including:

A CCBHC is a community-based clinic that offers integrated mental health and substance use care, along with crisis services and care coordination. Instead of navigating multiple systems, individuals can receive support through a single, connected team. Provides comprehensive mental health and substance use services for children, adolescents, adults, and families, all in one place. Services include but are not limited to:

• Individual, family, and group counseling
• Psychiatric evaluation and medication management
• Substance use treatment, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
• Integrated mental health and substance use care
• Crisis support, including walk-in and same-day services when available
• Care coordination and peer support
• Trauma-informed, evidence-based therapies

DBT treatment is quite comprehensive and involves FOUR components: Individual therapy; Group skills training classes; Between-session telephone coaching and Consultation team for therapists. A unique aspect of our treatment package is that we have added a family therapy component to traditional DBT treatment in our clinic. The ultimate goal of dialectical behavior therapy is to help our clients and their families create a life worth living. This means accepting the pain that comes with life and all its struggles while engaging in value-based living. An outpatient treatment center offering: assessments, psychiatric evaluations, medication management and ancillary withdrawal (suboxone induction & maintenance) along with outpatient individual and group treatment services for adults, young adults/adolescents and significant others/family members. Specialized programs include but are not limited to: women, co-occurring disorders, DWI's, criminal justice population, domestic violence and young adults/adolescents.

Evaluates and treats children in the inpatient unit, aged 5-13 years, for emotional and behavioral problems, using short term stays (1-12 weeks). Discharge planning includes school placement, outpatient follow-up and family support. Also provides outpatient psychiatric evaluations and treatment for children, adolescents and families including medical assessments of medication for behavior disorders, school psychiatric evaluations, preschool assessment, forensic evaluation for various externalizing disorders such as affective disorders, hyperactivity, attention, impulsivity and conduct problems, affective disorders such as depression and/or mania and developmental disorders and language problems.

Offers a short term program that provides an intensive structured treatment environment five days a week/five hours a day for adult mentally ill and mentally-ill chemically addicted invidicuals who are experiencing severe psychiatric symptoms. It can serve as an alternative to an Inpatient Psychiatric Unit stay, or as a step-down program to decrease the length of an Inpatient Unit admission. A multidisciplinary team consisting of a Psychiatrist, Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Alcoholism Counselor and an Art Therapist provide treatment to assist the individual with regaining stability of their symptoms. Treatment services include assessment, psychiatric evaluation, health screening and referral, group and individual therapy, medication management, education and administration, activity therapy, family support and education, crisis intervention, discharge planning, and case management.

CCBHCs provide a comprehensive array of services needed to create access, stabilize people in crisis, and provide the necessary treatment for those with mental health and substance use disorders. CCBHCs integrate additional services to ensure an approach to health care that emphasizes recovery, wellness, trauma-informed care, and physical-behavioral health integration. These services include, but are not limited to: -24/7/365 mobile crisis team services to help people stabilize in the most clinically appropriate, least restrictive, least traumatizing, and most cost-effective settings. -Immediate screening and risk assessment for mental health, addictions, and basic primary care needs to address the chronic conditions that drive poor health outcomes. -Easy access to care with criteria to assure a reduced wait time so those who need services can receive them when they need them, regardless of ability to pay or location of residence. -Tailored care for active duty military and veterans to ensure they receive the unique health support essential to their treatment. -Expanded care coordination with local hospitals, other health care providers, social service providers, and law enforcement, with a focus on whole health and comprehensive access to a full range of medical, behavioral and supportive services. -Commitment to peers and family, recognizing that their involvement is essential for recovery and should be fully integrated into care

Uses evidence-based, multi-phase models in individual and group counseling for outpatient substance abuse treatment. Services include individualized treatment plans, gender-specific groups, trauma-informed care, medical screenings, and psychiatric evaluations. Special Veteransâ Treatment track provides enhanced services including veteransâ support groups, case management, vocational services and recreational space for socialization, job search, and more, while addressing PTSD and other life stressors resulting from service in the military. Provides psychiatric evaluation, group therapy, psychopharmocology, as well as full inpatient mental health services.

Provides diagnostic evaluations and psychological services to adults, adolescents, children and families of diverse cultural backgrounds who are having, behavioral, emotional, learning or adjustment problems. Emphasis is placed on clarifying problem areas, developing realistic goals and providing active short-term treatment. The full psychological evaluation consists of a biographical data review, psychological testing and assessment, an interpretive conference and a written report. Psychotherapeutic programs for behavior change include: Anger management, stress reduction, parent skills training, marriage and family counseling, and counseling for adults and children who have been abused. Consultation with school districts and other professional organizations are also available to develop programs within school and professional settings.
