Empowers community reintegration for individuals on parole, probation, or formerly incarcerated by providing comprehensive support services aimed at substance use and mental health recovery. Services offered include: Substance Use & Mental Health Screenings, Counseling Services and Recovery Support, Case Management, Peer Recovery Support, and Goal Planning. Free resources and ongoing programs are tailored to aid in successful community reintegration and family reunification post release.

Contracted by Chemung County to provide services for child, adolescent and adult residents with acute and persistent emotional and mental health problems through NYS OMH licensed outpatient mental health clinic services. Programs support emotional, social, and mental health promotion, psycho-education, and recovery. The clinic offers early intervention prior to onset of chronic or severe psychiatric problems; seeks to prevent hospitalization or re-hospitalization; and offers community education and consultation services for clients, their families, and the community. Services are prioritized for children and adolescents identified as Seriously Emotionally Disturbed (SED) and adults identified as Seriously Mentally Ill (SMI).

Provides inpatient and outpatient mental health assessments and treatment for depression, psychiatric disorders, etc.

A peer-run crisis diversion center open 365 days a year. Serves individuals going through a mental health crisis or pre-crisis who prefer not to go to the hospital. Transportation may be available; call to inquire. Services include:

The Renewal Center is part of the Kirsten Vincent Respite & Recovery Center.

Peers are individuals with lived experience. Peers are available in the community and integrated into existing services (ex: hospitals, outpatient clinics, etc.) to support individuals on their positive pathways to behavioral health and wellness. Our peers serve as educators, advocates, supporters, and connectors to other resources.

Serves adults and adolescents with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bi-polar disorder, personality disorder, trauma, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), interpersonal conflicts and childhood disorders.

Provides a number of support services for those with mental illness, including case management, transportation for mental health-related appointments, also has social/drop-in centers to socialize, network, build life skills and have fun.

Provides outpatient behavioral health services to adults 18 years and older. Serves children under 18 ONLY if they are experiencing first episode psychosis. Treatment types include individual and group therapy. Services are provided by psychiatrists, nurses, and licensed clinical staff. Offers the NAVIGATE Program, a specialized evidence-based program for individuals experiencing first episode psychosis. Also offers a behavioral health walk-in clinic (The Help Center) that does not require an appointment. The Help Center offers immediate support for individuals who may be experiencing a crisis and/or are in need of behavioral health services and linkage to a community provider. The Help Center is an alternative to ECMC's Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP) for those who are NOT experiencing suicidal thoughts/behaviors.

Provides specialized clinical treatment for adults who are experiencing emotional problems and setbacks. Outpatient mental health clinic providing therapy and psychiatric services as well as case management. Groups include Dialectical behavioral therapy, social skills, medication management, and other short term groups as needed.

Offers mental health outpatient clinics which provide treatment, outreach, psychiatric assessment, crisis intervention, medication administration and treatment, psychotherapy services, family psychotherapy, and care management.

Offers a county-operated mental health facility that provides mental health counseling in various settings for community residents including, but not limited to those who have acute or chronic psychiatric disorders or who may be experiencing difficulty resolving personal or interpersonal conflicts or making personal adjustments to stressful life situations such as separation, divorce, widowhood, loss of a child, poor health, unemployment, family violence, delinquency or substance abuse.

A CCBHC is a community-based clinic that offers integrated mental health and substance use care, along with crisis services and care coordination. Instead of navigating multiple systems, individuals can receive support through a single, connected team. Provides comprehensive mental health and substance use services for children, adolescents, adults, and families, all in one place. Services include but are not limited to:

• Individual, family, and group counseling
• Psychiatric evaluation and medication management
• Substance use treatment, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
• Integrated mental health and substance use care
• Crisis support, including walk-in and same-day services when available
• Care coordination and peer support
• Trauma-informed, evidence-based therapies

Translation services and telehealth services available.

Offers individual, group, and psychiatric services to adolescents and adults utilizing a Person Centered approach.

Provides crisis counseling, individual/group/family therapy, psychiatric assessments, medication therapy and case management to children, youth and adults to prevent family dissolution.

Provides centers for individuals struggling with mental or emotional issues to gain access to services and support.

PROS is a comprehensive recovery oriented program for adult individuals with the goal of integrating treatment, support and rehabilitation in a manner that facilitates the individual’s recovery.

Provides outpatient psychiatric treatment program services to Nassau and Suffolk counties. Outpatient treatment provided at local settings. Services include individual and group counseling, case management, medication, vocational rehabilitation and job placement, social and day treatment programs, state operated residential services, crisis residence, mobile crisis teams, ACT Team and Hispanic and geriatric programs.

The Samaritan Hospital Outpatient Mental Health Clinic provides behavioral and mental health services. There is a waiting list for this service.

School-Based Mental Health Services (SBMHS) are mental health service provider programs licensed by the NYS Office of Mental Health, which operates on-site within a school facility. A School-Based clinic operates in the school setting at minimum one day per week and can be based on the level of need of the student population.
