Offers veterans, including those with PTSD, support meetings, networking opportunities, creativity and job preparation workshops and social activity experience to promote a healthy transition back to civilian life. A particular focus is placed upon helping veterans showcase their talent and share their experiences through the arts, art shows, photography, music, dance and theatrical events.

Offers both group and individual counseling as well as educational resources for caregivers of an aging or elderly loved via Zoom and in person. Weekly counseling sessions are available to help the caregiver handle their stress, better understand their role and options, and secure any assistance that maybe available. Educational sessions are provided to community groups and businesses in a “lunch and learn” format, with topics such as dementia care, elder law, nutrition and long-term care planning. Groups are specialized to meet the needs of adult children and spouses of those with loved ones who have dementia. SERVICES ARE FREE OF CHARGE. The program is funded by the Department of Health and Human Services through the New York State Office for the Aging and the Suffolk County Office for the Aging.

To provide activities and resource centers for children (grades K-5) in the Hudson Valley who are coping with a serious family illness or crisis Pediatric Chronic Illness Support Group- The Pediatrics Staff provides group activities designed to enhance the well-being of chronically ill patients and their parents.Autism Support Group- Is a support group for parents affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder. This support group is designed to meet the psychosocial needs of the parents. ADHD Support Group - Is a support group for parents of children with ADHD, Juvenile Diabetes Support Group, Type 1 Diabetes or Juvenile Diabetes.

Designed to provide emotional, educational and social support to caregivers through regularly scheduled meetings. Helps participants develop methods and skills to solve problems while encouraging caregivers to maintain their own personal, physical and emotional health. Provides social, recreational and cultural activities for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender seniors.

Offers a safe place for teens, providing positive role models and mentors. Weekly topics discussed include self-esteem and confidence, dealing with challenges of being an adolescent, friendships and relationships, handling social pressures and school pressures, and more. Offers weekend retreats and one-day programs for women with cancer and cancer survivors. Women dealing with cancer will have a chance to interact and to address the fears, barriers, and benefits encountered during and after treatment.
