Designed to meet the need of children diagnosed with autism, ages 3-7. Classroom size is 6 children, grouped by age and developmental level. This program runs 3 Saturdays per month and include creative, social activities that help children with ASDs better develop coping and interactive skills with others. Attendees will be rotated through program on a schedule of 2 consecutive Saturdays a month. The program also runs simultaneously with vacation respite.

Provides a safe, home environment for adults ages 18+ experiencing a mental health crisis. The program is a open 24/7, staffed by Direct Support Professionals with a certification as a NYS Peer Specialist. Staff assist and support individuals on person-centered goals during their short-term stay; stays are voluntary and focus on mental health recovery.

Provides youth ages 12 to 21 years who are in need of emergency care and have emotional, behavioral, and/or developmental challenges.

Provides caregivers a temporary break from care giving, while the person with Alzheimer’s disease continues to receive care in a safe and supportive environment. Scholarships are available.

Provides respite care in private homes for children in St. Lawrence County.

Provides activities for adults and teens with developmental disabilities. Teen Recreation: Offers activities in the community for teens from 13 to 18 years who have a developmental disability and are living in a non-certified residence in Onondaga County. Art Surge: Provides an art program for teens from 13 to 18 years who have been diagnosed with autism or an autism spectrum disorder. Summer Fun: Offers individualized support for children and teens to enable participation in summer camps and programs. Site-Based Respite: Provides after-school respite for youth and teens. Adult Recreation: Offers short term respite for family members of individuals with developmental disabilities who are ages 18 years or older and live in a non-certified residence in Onondaga County.

Offers an assisted living facility for individuals who have require some supervised care. Also provides respite care, with a 1 month minimum stay, for families or caregivers who need to have some time off for various reasons.

Offers respite services for families who care for children or adults with developmental disabilities.

Offers diagnostic and emergency placement for sibling groups removed from their homes or in the process of placement transition. The program can accommodate 12 children and offers a 24 hour professionally supervised environment. The program provides crisis and preventive respite services for youth and their siblings. Referrals must come from Nassau or Suffolk County Departments of Social Services as well as the Mental Health Crisis Respite Bed System.

Offers short-term crisis support in a home-like setting for individuals experiencing an emotional or psychiatric crisis.

Offers 24-hour care for short- or long-term accommodations. Fully licensed for Medicare and Medicaid coverage. Open to visitors at all hours, but public visiting hours from 8AM-9PM.

• Helps caregivers, financially, with either in-home care, use of a respite bed at a facility, or attendance at an adult day program for a loved one who can not be left alone for any extended period of time.

• Provides caregiver support for those caring for a person living with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. Respite care is offered for those attending group.

Provides respite accommodations in group homes for individuals with developmental disabilities which includes social and recreational activities.

Services offered by the CWRC include caregiver education/support and access to respite vouchers. Caregivers who are not receiving respite under Medicaid or another funded program are eligible to apply. The CWRC follows a caregiver-directed program: the caregiver is responsible for identifying a respite provider, providing guidance on what level of care is provided, and determining when care is provided.

The Wilkinson Adult Day Health Center is a community-based long term care program that provides comprehensive health care services in a congregate day setting. Clients are provided with the medical and social services they need to remain home and part of the community. St. Mary's Adult Day Care is offered at The Wilkinson Residential Healthcare Facility on the Memorial campus. Adult Day Health Care is designed to meet the health care needs of chronically ill, frail elderly, and disabled adults who require certain primary, preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, rehabilitative or palliative services.
